**Delivery will be on Thursday, April 11, 2019 (please note that school vacation week is April 15-19)

Delivery options (please indicate on order the form):

  1. Pick up (send payment with your order or pay when picking up with cash, check or debit/credit card)
  2. Send home with your child (payment due with order, cash or check)
