The NES PTO is happy to announce that volunteer coordinators
are in place for 2025!
FALL MUMS FUNDRAISER
The NES PTO is offering beautiful Fall Mums again this year!
- Locally grown by Mill River Farm in South Deerfield
- Available in five different colors (red, orange, yellow, purple, and white)
- $8 each (cash, check, or online payment in through Zeffy)
- Each student will have an order form sent home the first week of school
- Order forms and any cash/check payments are due back to the school Thursday 9/4/25
- Mums will be ready for pick-up on Tuesday September 9th between 4-6 PM just stop by in front of the school to get the mums to distribute!

As of the start of school 2025 the NES PTO has set-up an online platform (though Zeffy) in the hopes of making the fundraising efforts and collecting payment a little easier!
The PTO's nonprofit standing gives us access to the Zeffy platform which makes it possible for us to avoid all fees/charges usually associated with card payment platforms!
It is 100% free! The option to donate to Zeffy (a % similar to the convenience fees you often see with online ordering) is completely option, BUT will automatically populate in your total if you don't change it before you complete the transaction.
Orders are to be picked up at NES on Tuesday September 9th between 4-6 PM.
All paper forms are due to be turned in at school on Thursday September 4, 2025.
Online ordering will close at 9 AM on Friday September 5, 2025.
If paper checks or cash are preferred, please have cash made out to "NES PTO" and be sure that cash is sent in a sealed and labeled envelope.
We recognize that more time for sales would have been helpful, and were unable to facilitate that for the community this year. This is due to limited dates available when volunteer coordinators stepped up towards the end of the 2024-25 school year.
Whatever you are able to do to make this fundraiser a success is appreciated, and the NES PTO is hopeful to be able to offer a longer run time this fundraiser in the Fall of 2026!
